Welcome to Empire Star Furniture Trading CO LLC offers products and services to you when you visit our store at empirefurniture.ae. When shopping at Empire Furniture, whether the order is placed over the website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
All products on Empire Furniture are manufactured custom/on-demand and all prices on Empire Furniture include 5% VAT.

Payment Terms
Payment will be acceptable on following terms
1.Pay through Secure payment gateway from website
2.Pay through Payment link via email or Whatsapp
3.Pay through Company bank account only(Transfer in sales person personal account will not be acceptable)
5.Pay through cash but collect company receipt voucher (without receipt voucher company will not responsible for any claim)
All products sold are brand new, undamaged, and never used.
Empire Furniture retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received for such products. Empire Furniture works closely with our vendors and customers in an effort to make 100% certain that all product colors, dimensions, and photos are exact; however, there are at times minor discrepancies based on screen resolution, and other possible factors. Any questions or concerns regarding color or size should be made before your order. Empire Furniture will not be responsible for slight variations between delivered goods and advertised goods. All product information is provided by us.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Empire Furniture delivers all orders using one of the following two methods of delivery:
Self-Delivery: The majority of furniture offered for sale on Empire Furniture. falls into this category. Our trained furniture delivery specialists will schedule your delivery with you in advance. At the scheduled delivery appointment, the team will deliver your furniture inside your home, unpack it, assemble it in your room of choice, and remove all excess packaging materials. This superior level of service has been offered to all Empire Furniture customers.
SHIPPING
Items which are too large to be delivered by our normal home delivery trucks, or items which would necessitate an alternative delivery method-for example, if we need to deliver to an island which may only be accessed by boat-will incur additional charges. In those cases, however, such charges will be discussed with you in advance of the delivery.
If we are not able to contact you to arrange delivery within 15 calendar days and if we do not have any record of you contacting us or the delivery agent, then Empire Furniture reserves the right to treat the order as a return and refund you as per our return policy.
Deliveries that require our team to work in very tight conditions or to carry furniture beyond two flights of stairs may have additional delivery fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently deliver internationally. However, we can deliver your order to a freight forwarder of your selection. It is the customer’s responsibility to hire a freight forwarder and pay all overseas shipping fees directly to the freight forwarding company.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Delivery times depend on what you have ordered and to whom it is being delivered.
Once your order is in process, we will call you and give you an approximate time frame in which the delivery is expected. Items in stock generally get delivered within 3-5 Working Days from the day of ordering. We will keep updating you about the order at every stage as it proceeds. Delivery time frames are an estimate – actual delivery may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance, nationwide furniture delivery and due to unforeseen events. Empire Furniture. cannot offer compensation for deliveries that do not occur exactly as scheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to cancel an order, the customer needs to call or send email to Empire Furniture. Please email your cancellation request to us or call to Sales Person within 24 hours:Â If you have any questions about the delivery process, please call our sales person. Any requests for cancellations will not be deemed valid unless and until Empire Furniture confirms it. The payment will be returned to the customer after 5-7 working days of cancellation and bank charges deducted thereupon. No order can be canceled after 24 hrs from confirmation of an order. No cashback or return of payment can be allowed in such a case.
Empire Furniture. Free Shipping promotion is subject to customer keeping the order. Customers who wish to cancel their order will be charged original and return shipping cost even if the order qualified for Free Shipping. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. All applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from your store credit/refund.
DAMAGES
Empire Furniture takes every possible precaution to ensure that your order arrives with you in perfect condition the first time. However, despite radical precautions to protect the furniture and working only with premium and vetted delivery agents, in rare cases, damages can be expected. You are allowed to claim your damage within 3 working days, and we will then be able to resolve the damage. Regarding customized products, no return of the product is possible; there is only repair.
Any damages or improper assembly is to be reported at time of delivery, or within 3 days and notated on the Delivery Note/Invoice, or Empire Furniture. will not be responsible for remedy, restoration, or replacement. If product is determined to have damage, and damage is noted on delivery receipt; we will send parts necessary and correct problem at our expense. Remedies may include, but are not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, and all at no cost to the customer.
Policies, Modification, and Severability
Empire Furniture. may, at any time, change, suspend or discontinue any part of our site, policies, Service Terms or these Terms and Conditions without notification. If any of these conditions are held to be invalid, void or unenforceable due to any law, rule, regulation or policy, such invalidity, voidability or unenforceability shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Electricity Connection
We are a manufacturer of furniture. We will provide you with lights and bulbs and fix them, but for the electricity connection, you can hire your electrician. We are not responsible for any electricity connection.
