Shipping & Return

Empire Furniture currently delivers its products across the United Arab Emirates. We deliver within 7-10 working days from the day you have placed the order with us. Our team works from Saturday-Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM GST. Our delivery schedules also depend on the product and the time you place your order.

Delivery Charges

  • Your delivery cost is based upon your order total. Delivery costs are shown at the final step of checkout.

Express Delivery

  • Empire Star Furniture Trading CO LLC aims to deliver all products within 3-5 (working days) from the date the order is invoiced.
  • No delivery on Friday / no delivery on public holidays  
  • The Express Delivery will have an additional charge of AED300.
  • The Express delivery service is not applicable for beds, mattresses and other customized products.
  • Empire Star Furniture Trading CO LLC will contact the customer if it fails to deliver the order on the expected scheduled date.
    Condition beyond the control: In any event
  • Empire Star Furniture Trading CO LLC shall not be liable for delays.
  • The express option is available across all regions in the United Arab Emirates, except the following areas listed below.

I have placed my order today. When can I get the shipment?

Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the day you have placed the order with us. We operate from Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM (GST). Our delivery schedule also depends on the product and the time when you place your order. 

What if I'm not at home when my order gets delivered?

If your order cannot be delivered at the time, then a customer support representative will get in touch with you. You can reschedule the delivery date and time. Once confirmed by our team, the new slot will be set for delivery.

What do I do if the order that I have received is damaged?

You need to check whether the packaging is damaged before accepting the delivery. In case you accept a damaged package, please do inform us about it immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please visit our Returns & Refund section to know more.
